Jaylen Brown, a key player for the Boston Celtics, asked supporters to assist him in finding a ring he misplaced during the team’s NBA championship parade.
The NBA Finals MVP announced on Instagram that he is giving a “big reward” to the first person to find the ring and come forward:
It seems that Brown created the ring to commemorate his “7UICE” sportswear line.
On Friday, the Boston Celtics celebrated their five-game Finals triumph over the Dallas Mavericks by taking to the streets. Expectedly, the players and fans celebrated the franchise’s 18th championship in a boisterous environment.
Brown was singled out as the series’ finest player. Against Dallas, he averaged 20.8 points, 5.4 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.6 steals.
The three-time All-Star is in the first year of a five-year, $286.2 million contract extension with Boston, so if his ring disappears, replacing it shouldn’t be too difficult.
