According to information from Carrusel Deportivo, Real Madrid has reached a personal agreement with Lille’s center back Leny Yoro.
Yoro is currently the top transfer target of three European giants, Real, Liverpool and Manchester United, in this summer transfer window due to his impressive performances in recent times for Lille.
In the 2023/24 season, the French star played a total of 35 matches, scoring 2 goals, making a great contribution to helping the Pierre Mauroy team finish in a position that qualifies for the Champions League qualifying round next season.
All three clubs are keen on the 18-year-old in the near future, but a recent report from Carrusel Deportivo has revealed that Yoro has flatly rejected offers from other clubs to sign a personal contract with Los Blancos .
The central defender born in 2005 prioritizes wearing the White Vulture shirt because he admires the reputation as well as hopes for the ability to achieve noble titles at the Santiago Bernabeu home team.
After getting the nod from Yoro , the next task for Real is to convince Lille to release him.
French media previously reported that the Pierre Mauroy team had asked for 50 million euros for the 18-year-old centre-back, but according to Carrusel Deportivo, the Spanish royal club would not accept paying that amount. Instead, Yoro would go to Spain to play football on a free transfer because the current contract between the 2005-born star and Lille only lasts until June next year.
Previously, Real successfully owned another famous star from Ligue 1, Kylian Mbappe.
