Journalist Urges Liverpool to Accept ‘£100m’ Offer for Mohamed Salah Immediately

Mohamed Salah is expected to fetch £100 million, and Liverpool has been instructed to sell him as soon as possible in order to maximize their profit.

Transfer correspondent Pete O’Rourke stated on the most recent episode of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast that if they are able to get £100 million for Salah, they may use it to bolster the squad as a whole.

With one year remaining on his contract, the 32-year-old is drawing interest from Saudi Arabian clubs. The former England international has stated that he will probably depart for free if he is not sold now.

This comes after Football Insider revealed that following the season, Liverpool would hold discussions regarding Salah’s future.

Mohamed Salah should be sold by Liverpool due to interest from Saudi ArabiaO’Rourke’s updates come after a Football Insider article suggesting that Salah, who nearly signed with a Saudi Arabian team in August of last year, may receive a £100 million bid this summer.

He continued by saying that Salah would be better off remaining a year, but the club will have to decide if keeping him is worth losing out on a substantial transfer fee.

“Watching it will be interesting,” he said to Football Insider.

“It’s time to let him go from a business perspective as he has a year left on his contract.

“You will never earn £100 million in January, halfway through the season.

“You need to assess the opportunities available to you this season. What financial impact would an FA Cup, title defense, or Champions League finish have on the team?

“He leaves right away if they want to take their money for him.

“That £100 million goes into his wages if he waits another 12 months for himself.”
