Liverpool’s home kit for 2024-25 appears to be set to debut on May 2, 2024, with the Reds’ official social media pages hinting a release on channels like as X and Instagram.

The video teaser depicts Virgil van Dijk hoisting an espresso cup with a design similar to the leaked kit pictures from October 2023 and January this year. Some of you may have spotted that Van Dijk is wearing the jersey under his coat in the video.

That kit sees the return of a yellow pinstripe design, previously worn by New Balance in 2019-20, which famously refers to the club’s 1984 European Cup victory in Rome. Perhaps tellingly, the teaser trailer depicts a Vespa, which has long been associated with Rome in popular culture, especially since the 1953 film Roman Holiday.
