Man Utd’s £60m Transfer Target Expected to Make Move Following Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s Endorsement

Manchester United’s chances of landing Michael Olise, the sensation at Crystal Palace, have been greatly enhanced.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe is believed to be leading the Red Devils’ admiration for the French winger. But a deal won’t come cheap.

He and colleague Eberechi Eze are apparently valued at £60 million by Palace, which might put United in a challenging situation with regard to their Financial Fair Play worries. But if the Red Devils make a play for Olise, former Eagles owner Simon Jordan thinks Olise would seek for a transfer to Old Trafford.

“Obviously, the challenge Glasner faces is that everyone will be focusing on Olise and [Ebere] Eze, which presents a significant obstacle for Palace,” he stated on talkSPORT. “If they lose them, who do they replace them with?”

How would I respond? Michael Olise likely signed a new deal last year mostly to preserve Palace’s value in the upcoming round of negotiations, based on my assessment of your current circumstances. And you won’t be able to stop him, in my opinion, Eze.

What then should I do? I would want to extract every last euro from the buyers in order to maximize Palace’s worth. They can fling their hook if someone like West Ham knocked on my door. There won’t be that momentous, head-turning experience for the player.

However, when a player expresses interest in joining Man United, Liverpool, or Arsenal, he contributes to the issue by saying, “Well, I love it here but I want to go to this bigger football club.” I want to leave right now.

Olise has long been connected to relocations outside of Selhurst Park. After the Blues triggered his release clause, the 22-year-old was on the verge of moving to Chelsea, but he ultimately chose to sign a new contract.

Despite an injury-plagued campaign, Olise has made 16 appearances since then and still has seven goals and four assists. Apart from the Red Devils, Mikael Silvestre, a former Manchester United and Arsenal player, has also pushed Arsenal to move on him.

“I don’t think one is a better fit for Arsenal than the other,” he stated, referring to both Olise and Eze as excellent players. They can play for a number of the league’s teams, in my opinion.

They are unpredictable, they create opportunities, and they score goals—they are Crystal Palace’s X-factor. Not just Arsenal will be vying for their attention, I’m sure.
