Jurgen Klopp, the manager of Liverpool, provides a concerning update on Conor Bradley’s injuries.

Conor Bradley sustained an injury that left manager Jurgen Klopp unsure of the full extent of the player’s recovery after Liverpool FC lost 1-0 at Crystal Palace. 

After colliding with Palace’s goal scorer, Eberechi Eze, in the second half, the Northern Ireland international sustained a foot injury.

Bradley needed help from Liverpool’s medical personnel as he departed the pitch, clearly concerned. He was replaced by Trent Alexander-Arnold, who made his comeback to the field after being out since February 10 owing to personal injury concerns.

Bradley’s condition was updated by Klopp at his post-match press conference, and the following is what he had to say via the ECHO:

“Conor overstretched his foot slightly.”

“Right now, is the ligament damaged or not? I don’t know. We will get that information on Monday or Tuesday. It was very painful for him.”

The ambiguity surrounding Bradley’s condition adds to Liverpool’s mounting worries as they manage a difficult time with important players like Trent only now making a full recovery from their injuries.
