When Ayesha Curry and her husband Stephen Curry were on vacation, she looked amazing in a black bikini and enjoyed a glass of champagne.
On Presidents’ Day, the couple had a beach day with their three children, and the 32-year-old cookbook author seemed perfectly content as she basked in the sun outside her opulent property in Mexico.
The stunning woman, who lost 35 pounds in 2020, looked relaxed holding some prosecco while her husband Stephen Curry carried their youngest.
Ayesha was observed conversing with her partner while they relaxed during the afternoon, while he was occupied with creating sandcastles with their three-year-old son Canon.
The 33-year-old star of the Golden State Warriors showed up for the event sporting a white tank top with his last name on the back and red board shorts with a design.
His little replica wore matching gray shorts and a t-shirt with orange racing stripes running down the sides.
The NBA star’s spouse revealed portions of her diet and exercise regimen in August 2020, after she lost 35 pounds while under COVID-19 quarantine.
According to her, she began her fitness journey with the intention of becoming healthy and strong for both herself and the others who’rely’ on her.
The 31-year-old Canadian said, “Being healthy isn’t just about what you do in the kitchen or in the gym,” following her 35-pound weight loss.
“It’s also about the transitions and how everything works together.”
On July 7, 2020, Curry (born Alexander) and Fitbit Premium partnered to provide Fitbit Premium users with recipes and four training videos: arms, core, legs, and stretching.
Get yourself some basic exercise equipment, such resistance bands, a nice, comfy mat, two- and three-pound weights, and a bench or chair. I don’t need a lot of equipment because I’m very into bodyweight training, Ayesha remarked.
It’s been great to ride bikes outside with Stephen, and we also try to schedule our exercises to coincide. At times, even the children will participate in the exercises! With Stephen and myself at home, it’s similar to summer camp, so we make an effort to keep the kids occupied.
The Family Food Fight host grills a lot of veggies and protein for her family, and she ‘drinks 32 ounces of water before noon’ every morning.
“I really try to stick to nourishing, delicious food in moderation, and I’m really into portion control over any kind of diet,” Curry said.
