On the rare opportunity to return to England, Fernando Torres enjoyed a special experience when visiting Liverpool.
Fernando Torres returned to Liverpool to meet the players and was able to watch Jurgen Klopp conduct a training session at the club. Former Kop star met Mohamed Salah in an excited mood.
The two legends at Anfield happily chatted with each other.
Torres, who currently leads U19 Atletico Madrid, hugged junior Darwin Nunez.
The former Spanish football аssаssin also took advantage of the time to “chat” with one of Liverpool’s current leaders, Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Torres was invited to oversee the training process before the Brighton match, with the expectation of receiving direct management experience from Klopp and assistant coach Pep Lijnders.
Not afraid of wind and rain, Torres and Klopp wore shirts and hats to supervise the training process.
Torres enjoyed this practical experience because it helped his coaching work.
Klopp enthusiastically instructed Torres, who focused and listened attentively to continue gaining valuable knowledge.
The German coach will part ways with Liverpool after this season and maybe Torres will have the opportunity to take charge at Anfield in the future. With the advantage of having played for Liverpool, that is a plus point for El Nino.
Last weekend, Torres joined a number of former Liverpool stars on the field in the Legends match against Ajax. He scored the final goal for The Kop in a 4-2 victory after a comeback in the second half against the Dutch team.
