The two ‘big men’ England and Belgium presented viewers with an exciting friendly match at Wembley.
England suffered a loss in the 9th minute, with John Stones’ injury, and the Man City midfielder was forced to leave the field to make way for Joe Gomez.
In the 11th minute, from Amadou Onana’s pass, Youri Tielemans helped Belgium take the lead after Jordan Pickford’s mistake.
England tried to attack after the goal, and found the equalizer 6 minutes later, when Ivan Toney was fouled in the penalty area.
It was the Brentford striker who coolly scored from the penalty spot, bringing the match back into balance.
But before half-time, Tielemans scored again, putting Belgium up 2-1, after another England mistake, this time from Lewis Dunk.
England attacked strongly after that. They controlled the ball well, but always had to be wary of Belgian counterattacks.
Kobbie Mainoo played well in his first start.
Many opportunities passed before the shoes of the Three Lions.
It seemed that the Three Lions had to admit defeat at Wembley, but in the 90+5 minute, Jude Bellingham shone with a cool finish, helping England equalize 2-2.
The joy of Bellingham and his teammates.
