James made the initial purchase of the property in the well-known district of Los Angeles in the year 2020.

His efforts resulted in a reduction of $2 million from the asking price of the 2. -acre plot, which was originally listed at $39 million.

A tennis court, a movie theater, a swimming pool, and a pool house were all featured in the original four-bedroom residence that was built in the 1930s. Additionally, there were eight bathrooms, two separate guesthouses, seven fireplaces, and a tennis court located on the property.

Even though the mansion, which was designed in the Mediterranean style, had views of Beverly Hills and the Pacific Ocean, it appears that James had a better idea of how to make the most of the absolutely breathtaking scenery.

There is a portion of the new property that appears to have been built into the hillside, and the foundations of the new home have started to take shape.

Other areas of the property have also been outfitted with retaining walls and pillars that have been created around the perimeter of the land.

Once it is completed, this will be the most valuable asset that James possesses in his property portfolio.

A mansion in Brentwood, California, which he has owned since 2017 and is valued at $23 million, is another property that he owns.

In addition to being the principal residence of the James family, this spectacular home spans 16,000 square feet and features eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.

A movie theater, a wine cellar, a cigar room, and a spa that features a steam room, a sauna, and a massage room are some of the other amenities that are included in the house.

James is also the owner of a home in Ohio that is valued at nine million dollars.

There are six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in this estate that spans 30,000 square feet and was purchased in 2003 for a total price of $2.1 million.

A barbershop, a recording studio, a movie theater, an aquarium, and a bowling alley with two lanes are just some of the amenities that can be found there.

James is now getting ready to play in the National Basketball Association for the 21st time.

He is the oldest active player in the league, and his reaction to the news that he had attained this milestone recently achieved widespread attention.
