It is possible that LeBron James is willing to take a modest loss in order to sell his enormous property in Los Angeles that is designed in the colonial style.
On Monday, the NBA legend, who is 36 years old, put his property in Brentwood up for sale with an astounding asking price of $20.5 million. At a price of $20,986,500, he acquired the property in the year 2015.
A total of seven bathrooms and six bedrooms are included in the huge property that spans 9,440 square feet.
The 2011-built gated property is located in the affluent Rockingham Rim neighborhood, on the same street where O.J. Simpson resided during the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
The property has been modernised and is furnished with contemporary amenities.

Meanwhile, he still owns the $23 million Brentwood property he purchased in 2017.
James inked a two-year, $85 million contract extension to play for the Los Angeles Lakers in December. Prior to this change, he signed a four-year, $154 million contract with the team in 2018.
