Sir Alex Ferguson has slashed the price of his £3.5m luxury villa in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
The legendary former Manchester United manager has put his £3.5million estate in Wilmslow, Cheshire, up for sale following the deаth of his wife Cathy last year.
Photos of the property also show dazzling hallway chandeliers, private bathrooms and perfectly manicured lawns.
Sir Alex’s five-bedroom home comes complete with a stylish open-plan kitchen and games room.
The games room is decorated with artwork, oak bookcases and a billiards table, while a unique ‘Ferguson clan’ striped rug is displayed on the staircase.
Ferguson has moved to a £1.2m house near his son Darren so he can be closer to his grandchildren in the village of Goostrey, Cheshire.
Selling the house since the end of last year but unable to find a buyer, Sir Alex had to reduce the price of the luxury villa by 250,000 pounds. The house also features a gym and a private bar, with four reception rooms for enjoying drinks.
The exterior view of the property stands out with lush green lawns and golden sunshine.
According to the real estate website, Sir Alex’s house is more than 2000 square meters. This impressive, spacious detached apartment is set in a very private, gated and secured estate.
Sir Alex sold his house to move in with his son. He has three children – all sons – along with 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
