According to a report from TEAMtalk, Kyle Walker-Peters is a player the Gunners should keep an eye on for the rest of January.

Arsenal  have only won twice in the past eight matches in all competitions and their most recent win was against Crystal Palace with a score of 5-0. It is expected that coach Mikel Arteta will add a few quality faces in the winter transfer window, but so far they have not had any new recruits.

 Kyle Walker-Peters will be a valuable addition to Arsenal in January.

TEAMtalk believes that Arsenal should recruit Kyle Walker-Peters  to strengthen the defense.  Since leaving Tottenham for Southampton for £12 million, the 26-year-old has performed very well. He has not missed a minute in the Championship this season. In the summer, Walker-Peters was followed by Arsenal. Chelsea coach Mauricio Pochettino also wants to recruit his former student.

Walker-Peters may not be a key deal for Arsenal. However, he can play versatile, on both wings with ease. Signing Walker-Peters could help them rotate Ben White at right-back and Oleksandr Zinchenko at left-back. While waiting for Jurrien Timber to recover from injury, this is a move worth considering.

Competing with Man Utd, Arsenal competes for Everton’s ‘blockbuster’

Arsenal have joined Manchester United in the race to sign Everton star Jarrad Branthwaite, according to reports.

The defender has impressed since returning to the Toffees in the summer from his loan spell at PSV last season.

Branthwaite may be the focus of a transfer battle because Arsenal, according to talkSPORT, is also a fan of the young player.

According to the article, Branthwaite is also being watched by Newcastle and Real Madrid. The 21-year-old was previously coached by Carlo Ancelotti at Goodison Park.

Everton’s issues with Financial Fair Play may also compel them to sell.

Due to its continued violations of the Profitability and Sustainability Rules from 2021 to 2024, the club could lose more points.

This comes after Everton was docked ten points for the identical offense during the 2020–2023 three-year period.

Everton had losses of £124.5 million, exceeding the maximum loss allowed under the Premier League threshold of £105 million over three years.

Branthwaite’s departure might put an end to such problems as the center back is expected to bring in a large sum—possibly close to £100 million.

According to SunSport, Arsenal is also considering buying Real Sociedad’s Ander Barrenetxea, although they may have to reject a deal from rivals Tottenham.
