Residents of Bel Air Crest have access to driveway gates and 200 properties designed in a Mediterranean style. Bel Air Crest was the residence of Gordon Ramsay, Kathy Gryphon, Kim Kardashian, and Kanye West when they were in the process of constructing their mega-mansion in Hidden Hills.According to public documents, Davis borrowed twenty-one million dollars and spent thirty-one million dollars on his new home. A reference to his address was not made. This 20,000-square-foot residence is the most costly and largest home in the area. It is situated on a peninsula that is 3.5 acres in size and overlooks both the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.According to the property records, the local Changs constructed the mansion in the year 2010, which encompasses eight bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms.

In 2016, Ted Foxman, a pioneer in the semiconductor industry who later became a real estate developer, purchased the symmetrical structure for a price of ten million dollars. The White House is a chateau-style fusion that is influenced by European architecture and international design.

Over the course of M, Foxman devoted his time renovating the stunning interiors and gardens of the property.

A Porsche 356 in aquamarine was parked in the living room, and Foxman added vibrant colors to the space. One year ago, Lonni Paul, an interior designer based in Los Angeles, was photographed by Elle Decor.A solarium-like appearance may be seen in the huge dome of the double-height entrance. A guitar jam room is one of the various little rooms that are available. Despite its vastness, the property’s most notable features are the breathtaking vista and the 120-foot pool that is considered to be of Olympic standard.

The poolside cabana, the boundless grass, and the full-size tennis court are all memorable joys throughout your stay.Davis had a loss of one million dollars when he sold a home in Westlake Village that he had purchased in 2018 for $7.5 million that he had purchased in 2018.

Foxman downsized to a property in Encino that can be purchased for $13.8 million and features a basketball court and 13,000 square feet of living space. This was after Foxman had more than tripled his money on the sale of the Bel Air property to Davis, before taxes and maintenance charges.
