Recently, the $8.9 million mansion built just for NBA player Steph Curry was up for sale.

In 2018, for $6 million, the Golden State Warriors guard bought a 8,163-square-foot smart home in Alamo, California. A year after the Warriors relocated to San Francisco, Curry sold the lavish property for $6.4 million to its present owners.

He has one of the most desirable homes in the neighborhood, according to Bonnie King, the listing agent from Compass. As the description puts it, “it was built by famous builder ONY Homes in collaboration with Steph Curry and offers the convenience of a smart home, the luxury of modern design, and all the privacy and beauty of the area.”

Elegant quarters

The six-bedroom home features heated oak flooring, floor to ceiling windows, and unique lighting, all representing the pinnacle of Spanish and Italian elegance.

In addition, there’s a private exercise center, a game room featuring a wet bar and a pool table, and a theater equipped with an incredible $500,000 worth of cutting-edge projection and sound equipment.

High-end Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, European-style cabinetry, and two islands characterize the chef’s kitchen.
