Inside LeBron James’ staggering $103M home portfolio

He is the all-time leading scorer in the National Basketball Association (NBA), and last year it was disclosed that LeBron James had agreed to a two-year contract deal with the Los Angeles Lakers that was worth $97.1 million. This made him the highest-paid player in the history of the national basketball league.

It should not come as a surprise that the well-known athlete is making a substantial amount of money given that he is widely considered to be among the greatest NBA players in the history of the league. Over the course of his career, LeBron James has invested a portion of his wealth in real estate, which has resulted in the accumulation of a magnificent property portfolio for himself, his wife Savannah James, and his three children, which is currently valued at a total of $103.9 million. Listed here are some of his homes, both ancient and modern, that are just stunning.

A house in Beverly Hills owned by LeBron James

As his most recent house purchase, LeBron James purchased a gigantic Beverly Hills property that was comprised of at least four separate structures in the year 2020. The property was 13,000 square feet in size and cost $36.8 million. The most recent owners of the property were Bill and Lee Phillip Bell, who were also responsible for the creation of the television series The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless. LeBron James purchased the mansion from them. In the past, Katharine Hepburn was the owner of the establishment.

With stunning views of Los Angeles and a lot that spans 2.5 acres, the house was constructed in the 1930s and features a Mediterranean-style design. It features a screening room, seven fireplaces, four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, soaring ceilings, and whole walls of glass sliders to ensure the best possible flow between the indoors and outside inside the home. There is also a large motor court that can accommodate all of his automobiles.

Outside there is a lighted tennis court, two detached guest houses, a large swimming pool, and a pool house with two bathrooms.

LeBron James’ Brentwood Mansion

In Brentwood, a LA suburb, LeBron has two properties. One of them, which looks to be his primary property and is frequently seen on his Instagram, was one he purchased in 2017 for $24.5 million. The house, which was constructed in the same year, features marble finishes in virtually all of its rooms and a contemporary feel.

With slightly under 16,000 square feet, eight bedrooms, and 11 bathrooms, it is spacious. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for an indoor-outdoor flow between the main living areas and the large garden, just like at his Beverly Hills house. There are also complete sliding glass doors in one of the major living spaces.

A wine cellar, a gaming room with a pool table, a home theater, a cigar room with air-purifying technology, and a fully equipped gym that is split between inside and outside the house are some of the lavish facilities that are featured in the house. Others include a home theater.

An instant connection exists between the fitness center and a spa that includes a massage area, a sauna, a shower, and a steam room. There is an elevator that provides access to even the highest patio, which offers amazing views.

Outside, there is a large pool as well as another spa, both of which are situated close to the outdoor kitchen that features a barbecue and a beer tap. There are patios that are covered, have marble floors, and a dining table that is rather large.

LeBron James’ second Brentwood home

In 2015, LeBron purchased a 9,440-square-foot colonial house in the Brentwood region for $21 million. The house, which is made of stone and white brick and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, apparently sat vacant for most of that period.

The inside has a double-height entryway, a breakfast nook with windows, a modern kitchen, a wood-paneled office, and a home gym.

The master bedroom has a patio, a two-way fireplace, and a separate sitting area. Another magnificent pool, an outdoor cabana, a three-car garage, and a basketball court are all located outside.

In 2021, LeBron decided to sell the mansion and got $19.6 million for it after initially asking for $20.5 million.

LeBron James’ Ohio home

LeBron made his first significant real estate purchase in 2003, shortly after joining the Cleveland Cavaliers. For $2.1 million, he bought a seven-acre piece of land in Bath Township, northwest of Akron, on which he later constructed a 30,000-square-foot house.

The large house contains eight full bathrooms, six half baths, and six bedrooms, including a master suite with a two-story walk-in closet. A two-lane bowling alley, a home theater, and a sports bar are available for entertainment. A recording studio, an aquarium, and a barbershop are also available.

LeBron has extensively expanded his Ohio home

Despite switching teams, LeBron still owns the home but with his extensive renovations, it’s now reported to be worth around $9.2 million.

LeBron James’ Miami mansion

In 2010, LeBron spent $9 million for a three-story custom-built house in Coconut Grove, Florida, after switching from the Cleveland Cavaliers to the Miami Heat.

He got delighted out of his Miami house when he had it owing to an eight-seat home cinema, a wine cellar, a rear pool area, and a private waterside balcony off the main suite, which he sold in 2015 for $13.4 million.
