Stephen Curry’s Former East Bay Mansion Back on the Market for $8.9M

The mansion custom-built for NBA star Steph Curry has just been listed for $8.9 million.

The Golden State Warriors guard paid $6 million for the 8,163-square-foot smart home in Alamo, California, in 2018. Curry sold the luxury mansion to the current owners for $6.4 million after the Warriors relocated from Oakland to San Francisco a year later.

“His is one of the most coveted properties in the area,” says Compass listing agent Bonnie King. “It was built by famous builder ONY Homes in collaboration with Steph Curry and offers the convenience of a smart home, the luxury of modern design, and all the privacy and beauty of the area.”
