For a long time, “Healthy nutrition” has been a very important subject to me. For that reason, Nutrition Doc and I wrote a book for the whole family that is meant to teach, inspire, and entertain. What we teach in “Cooking for Big and Small Champions” is healthy living, smart tips, and easy recipes that can be used by everyone.
As time goes on, I’d like to use my connections and skills to bring eating to people’s attention as a very important issue. Your reading our book should make you think about how you eat.
