After suffering a heart attack on July 24 while taking part in preseason practice, the eldest child of LeBron James was admitted to the hospital for a period of three days during the summer of that particular year. Not a single detail about the events surrounding the heart attack was revealed.

James had played a total of six minutes in two distinct periods before to the halftime break, during which he had failed to make his one and only try at a three-point jumper for the game. During this time, he had experienced a total of six minutes of playing time. In spite of the fact that he was involved in the incident, he was able to successfully secure a rebound, provide an assist to another player, and block a shot when it was taken.

After getting surgery to rectify the abnormality, he was not able to resume his participation in basketball activities until the month of November. This was the first time he had been able to enjoy doing so.

Thursday was the day that Andy Enfield, the head coach of the University of Southern California, made the statement that the 6-foot-3 guard has been given permission to take part in the game. Enfield made the announcement on Thursday. Enfield also indicated that it is quite likely that the first-year players will have a decent amount of playing time. This is something that is highly possible.

According to Enfield, it seems that he is in a very good mood and appears to be in good health. He also has a positive appearance. It would appear that he is in terrific health as well.

As James entered the game at 12 minutes and fifty-eight seconds into the first half of the competition, he was greeted with a resounding round of applause immediately after his entrance. The Trojans were leading by four points at the time, and James was wearing a No. 6 jersey with James Jr.’s name printed on the back of the shirt. At the time, the Trojans were also in the lead.
