‘Hilarious moment’ – Revealing ‘sensitive’ parts Trent still had an excellent assist for Virgil van Dijk

On Wednesday night, Trent Alexander-Arnold shined for Liverpool once more, helping the team take a 1-0 lead in the first half.

With two goals and two assists in Liverpool’s last four games, the England wing-back has been in terrific form of late. He swung a superb corner to Virgil van Dijk, who volleyed home to give the reds the lead while going unmarked in the Sheffield penalty area. 

It was Alexander-Arnold’s 75th assist for Liverpool since he joined the squad in 2016, with only Mohamed Salah and Kevin De Bruyne having more assists for their respective clubs, according to Opta.

Fans noted that Alexander-Arnold had gently lowered his shorts to expose the top half of his bottom just before he stepped up to swing the corner in. 

After seeing the situation, many internet fans joked about it on social media.

With the goal, Liverpool closed the gap on top-ranked Arsenal to two points in the Premier League.

In the fourth minute of injury time, Dominik Szoboszlai scored the second goal. He did so by taking a feed from Darwin Nunez and hammering the ball home with his right foot. 

Having previously said that he was optimistic he could have an impact at Sheffield United, Chris Wilder’s return to Bramall Lane proved disappointing.

Before the game, he stated, “Obviously, the club is not in a great situation, but it is what it is, and hopefully we can make a little bit of a difference starting tonight.”
