LeBron James says he wouldn't miss his son Bronny's USC debut.

After nearly dying of heart arrest in the summer, Bronny was only cleared this week to resume full team practice.

LeBron James has only missed one of the Lakers' 20 games so far this season.

Expectations are that after a last examination from the university, Bronny will shortly play his debut game.

It’s thrilling. According to ESPN’s Dave McMenamin, James stated, “I’m excited for his first game.” “I previously promised my teammates that I would catch them in the following game if they were playing on the same day as us. family comes first in everything.

The younger James turned on offers from Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio State, Memphis, and other schools in favor of signing with USC this past spring.

The Trojans, who are 5-2 so far in the 2023–24 collegiate basketball season, will next take on Gonzaga, ranked No. 11 in the country, in Las Vegas on Saturday at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.

If healthy, the 6-foot-3 guard may make a significant impact right away.

How soon “soon” means for Bronny to return is still unclear to USC.

Coach Andy Enfield remarked, “I don’t know what soon means,” following USC’s victory over Eastern Washington on Wednesday. “It wasn’t my choice.”

LeBron James and his Lakers lost to the Thunder on Thursday night, dropping them to 11-9.

James, who will turn 39 on December 30, is shooting 39.6% from 3-point range and 55.9 percent from the field this season, averaging 24.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 6.3 assists per game.
