With fewer than five minutes of regular time remaining, goals from Wataru Endo and Trent Alexander-Arnold gave Liverpool the victory and moved them up to second place, above Manchester City. Liverpool’s exciting 4-3 victory against Fulham was hailed by manager Jurgen Klopp as a “game you will never forget,” as his team overtook Manchester City to take second place in the Premier League.

Less than five minutes remained in regular time at Anfield when Liverpool fell behind, but late goals from Trent Alexander-Arnold and Wataru Endo preserved the Reds two points behind league leaders Arsenal.

The home team scored some amazing goals in the match, preventing Fulham from winning the title.

“The feeling after the game was exceptional,” Klopp told Sky Sports. “During the game it was slightly different in moments.“I told the boys after the game that the game turned out [to be] the game we saw because we were a bit dumb. At 3-3, everyone could see the boys wanted more and because we were a bit lucky today we got it. Yeah, an outstanding experience I would say for everyone who was here.
