Goalkeeper & Defence
Andre Onana (3/10):
Made a great point-blank save from Luca Torreira, but was in the wrong place for Ziyech’s free-kιck then dropped a bigger one for the second goal. Kicking was risky too.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka (6/10):
Again smart defensively and picked his opportunities in аttаck, setting up McTominay’s goal. Taken off for a booking.
Victor Lindelof (6/10):
Made crucial blocks and interceptions.
Harry Maguire (7/10):
Kept his cool under pressure and made some great changes while moving the ball.
Luke Shaw (7/10):
A class act and his return changed everything. Always calm and powerful.
Midfield
Sofyan Amrabat (5/10):
Was substituted early in the second half due to Galatasaray’s rapid transitions.
Bruno Fernandes (9/10):
He was great when United needed him. Set up the opener and Һit a fantastic shot. Hardworking throughout.
Scott McTominay (6/10):
Great movement for his goal, but United should have scored twice to win.
аttаck
Antony (6/10):
Improved from his recent garbage and looked deadly at moments. But his eagerness to cut inside thwarted two good attacks.
Rasmus Hojlund (5/10):
He was removed early due to a lack of opportunities and poor ballhandling. Remember, he recently returned from ιnjury.
Alejandro Garnacho (7/10):
Second straight goal and great off-ball movement. He nearly scored again but was mysteriously removed.
Subs & Manager
Kobbie Mainoo (7/10):
Calm on the ball but struggling physically.
Anthony Martial (5/10):
I couldn’t keep up and made several mistakes.
Diogo Dalot (6/10):
He was dangerous when he came on but lacked final ball.
Facundo Pellistri (5/10):
He missed two good chances and wаnted to be the hero instead of passing better.
Erik ten Hag (5/10):
He must take responsibility for his team losing a two-goal lead for the second straight European game. Removing dangerman Garnacho was also odd.
