Antetokounmpo took the night with 16,758 career points, surpassing Buck Williams (16,784) for 102nd.
Following Williams, he will pass to Elton Brand (16,827).
Antetokounmpo, 28, is one of the greatest players ever.
He entered the game averaging 29.9 points, 10.6 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 1.2 steals, and 1.2 blocks in 16 games while shooting 59.4%.
The third seed in the Eastern Conference, the Bucks are 12-5 in their first 17 games and defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 108-102.
Antetokounmpo scored 31 points, nine rebounds, three assists, three steals, and one block in 37 minutes on 11/19 shooting.
The Bucks play the Bulls at the United Center on Thursday after the Heat.
Antetokounmpo is in his 11th NBA season (all with the Bucks) and averaged 31.1 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 5.7 assists last year.
The seven-time All-Star has guided the team to seven straight playoffs and defeated Devin Booker and the Phoenix Suns in the 2021 NBA Championship.
