Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will face off in Saudi Arabia in February 2024, maybe in their last meeting, according to Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of the Kingdom’s General Entertainment Authority.

Riyadh Season, in partnership with Messi’s current club, Inter Miami CF, has struck an agreement to host the Riyadh Season Cup matches in the Saudi capital as a highlight of Riyadh Season events, according to Al-Sheikh’s social media post.

The next league event will include three teams: Al Hilal, Ronaldo’s Al Nassr, and Messi’s Inter Miami. Riyadh’s two most important clubs are Al Hilal and Al Nassr.

The matches are set to take place in the first week of February 2024 at the newly opened Kingdom Arena, which was revealed at the opening ceremony of the fourth edition of Riyadh Season.
