Starting with the 2023-24 season, the NBA will establish an in-season tournament, which means that new courts will be built each time a dedicated game is played.

The Lakers’ home stadium, Crypto.com Arena, has yellow and purple striped hardwood, a departure from the lighter usual hue.

James entered the court early in the pre-game, surveying the situation by dragging and squeaking his shoes over the floor.
