Manchester United legends together invested in the construction of a luxury 4-star hotel with full amenities.
In 2015, the four-star Hotel Football opened its doors. Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs are co-owners of Hotel Football.
Besides them, Phil Neville, Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt all spent money to develop this luxury hotel.
With 133 rooms, Cafe Football restaurant, 5-a-side football field, the hotel costs up to 24 million pounds. Of course it’s next to Old Trafford.
According to The Sun, the initial price of the room reached 89 pounds. Fees can skyrocket up to £299 on match day. The 4-star hotel began to bring profit to the legendary Man Utd group with a revenue of about 6.4 million pounds.

The 5-a-side soccer field was built on the roof of the hotel. On match day, the 5-a-side court is transformed into a bar. As with any hotel, there is a gym on site overlooking Salford.
Cafe Football attracts many fans on match days. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The 185-seat eatery’s menu is overseen by two-Michelin-starred chef Michael Wignall.
Fans can enjoy the bar with a variety of drinks.
