Dwyane Wade’s Miami Beach basketball court property sold for $22 million after a $100 million contract extension

Wade and Gabrielle Union buy land. Their Sherman Oaks home sold for $5.5 million in May after they bought a 17,000-square-foot Hidden Hills mansion for $17.9 million the year before.

He paid $22 million for the seaside property, less than the $32.5 million he wаnted but more than double the $10.645,000 he paid in 2010.

Three-time NBA champion built 12,000-square-foot mansion with wine cellar, movie theater, pool, cabana, and private dock.

A huge, covered entryway, a verdant courtyard, vaulted ceilings, and wooden floors define the two-story Mediterranean mansion. Both levels feature dormers.

The mansion has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a master suite with balcony and salon. Wade’s career-long basketball court, spiral staircase, and playground are in the backyard.

In 16 seasons, Wade, 39, has made 13 NBA All-Star teams. He won three NBA titles and the 2009 scoring title with Miami Heat. He bought Utah Jazz stock after retiring in 2019.
