Anthony Martial

As the only player recruited by Manchester United  under coach Louis Van Gaal still remaining at Old Trafford, this could very well be Martial’s last season playing under the Red Devils’ shirt. It is important to know that the contract between the two parties will expire next summer, but so far, Man Utd has no intention of negotiating an extension. They don’t even want to activate the 12-month extension option and are ready to “lose everything” on this striker.

Although he only plays a backup role for Rasmus Hojlund, Martial is still given the opportunity to play quite often by coach Erik Ten Hag. However, unfortunately, he could not prove his value as a top scorer with 0 goals and 0 assists in his last 9 appearances. Possessing a salary of up to 250,000 pounds/week (according to Spotrac) but bringing disproportionate contributions, it is easy to understand why Martial is on Man Utd’s liquidation list.

Jadon Sancho

Since facing Ten Hag, Sancho was pulled from the squad and “isolated” at Old Trafford, according to various reports. Thus, the Red Devils’ breakup with the former Borussia Dortmund star was foreseen. Sancho, unlike Martial, may leave Old Trafford in the winter transfer window. Man Utd plans to sell this guy shortly.

According to the media, Juventus, Borussia Dortmund, and Saudi Arabian teams want to “rescue” Sancho, and Man Utd is willing to take a loan deal to immediately release him. It is clear that Sancho wants to move on, but he is anticipated to stay in Europe rather than the Middle East. 

Antony

Antony may be Man Utd’s worst contract after two Premier League seasons. Thus, the new upper class may consider selling the Brazilian star, but Antony is expected to save his career at Old Trafford in the medium future.

Sancho will likely leave Man Utd in the Eastern market, therefore the Red Devils will not want to lose another wing striker and run out of options. British media stated that Man Utd will reassess Antony’s future in the summer.

Casemiro

In his second season with Man Utd, Casemiro’s form plummeted. Recent reports have linked Casemiro to Saudi Arabian teams, and if he can’t recapture his form, the Red Devils may consider selling him and cutting his contract. Casemiro earns up to 350,000 pounds per week at Old Trafford.

With a contract until 2026 and an option to extend for 12 months, Man Utd should earn a lot from Casemiro’s exit.
