FORMER Since joining Nottingham Forest, Manchester United player Anthony Elanga has transformed his body.
The winger celebrated his Sunday goal against West Ham by removing his jersey.
Anthony Elanga was slimmer three years ago.
He spent most of his Manchester United career as a skinny teen.
Elanga’s heavy build was on display after scoring against West Ham on Sunday.
The winger gained weight in 2021 with a private coach.
The shredded man showed off his six-pack and enormous traps.
Elanga, a scrawny kid at Old Trafford, has had a hard journey.
That changed after his shoulder ιnjury in January 2021.
Elanga, 21, endured cryotherapy to recover as he exhibited determination.
The following summer, he worked with a private coach to improve, and the results are obvious.
He was reputedly one of the most committed United players in the gym and worked on explosive pace and leap height.
Last year, the Swede’s career-best box jump of 63 inches was four inches short of the world record.
Forest has seen Elanga grow stronger and stronger.
He has two goals and three assists in 12 games for Steve Cooper, including a historic September win over Chelsea.
He’s scored more Premier League goals than United’s forwards combined. Daniel Sturridge praised his “calm” London Stadium finish.
Elanga improved his speed and jumping.
His weight has increased since Old Trafford.
