Talking to Liverpool’s official website, coach Jurgen Klopp commented on the win against Bournemouth.

Coach Jurgen Klopp admitted that Liverpool had a difficult match against Bournemouth, and Darwin Nunez’s goal was the difference-making factor. The German strategist shared:

“It was a difficult match. Bournemouth played very well – they had their moments. In life, in football, sometimes you need an element of luck. And tonight, certainly in one or two moments, Bournemouth could have handled the situations a little better.”

 Klopp praised Nunez.

“Then Darwin showed his class and made the game exciting for us. It was an unbelievable goal . We had more big chances throughout the game, five, six or seven good chances, but that was the goal we needed. Darwin did that.”

“Every player really worked extremely hard, and that’s what you want. Now we have to drive home, it’s a long trip but no matter what, we have to do the right thing.” But, it feels much better to enter the next round. ”
