Barcelona received good news before El Clasico

Football Espana page quoted Xavi Hernandez’s statement before the heated confrontation between Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Barcelona and Real Madrid will create a fiery Super Classic match this weekend. The battle is 6 points for both sides. After 10 rounds of La Liga, Real Madrid took the top spot in the rankings, just one point ahead of third-place team Barcelona.

The Nou Camp home team faces an injury storm. In total, there are 6 Barcelona players out due to various injuries. Among them, 5 faces: Raphinha, Robert Lewandowski , Frenkie de Jong, Pedri and Jules Kounde have returned to training.

Lewandowski is likely to be able to participate

  • Sharing with the media before the match, Xavi Hernandez said: ” Every player wants to put on their shoes and play on the field . However, the coaching staff does not force anyone. We will see the lineup tomorrow.”

“I don’t give any suggestions about the squad. Lewandowski is fine . Some players surprised me by recovering well. The squad list will be out tomorrow. It would be great if everyone is available ready”.

As for Real Madrid, coach Carlo Ancelotti does not have the services of the duo Thibaut Courtois and Eder Militao. Both were injured and have not set a date to return.
