NBA fans argue heatedly LeBron James’ ’embarrassing’ fall against Reggie Jackson caused the Lakers to lose 107 -119 to the Denver Nuggets

.The Lakers and the Nuggets have been rivals ever since the Western Conference Finals of 2023, when Denver swept the Lakers in four games. It would appear that the drama is not yet ended, as a recent highlight play shows LeBron James getting fooled by Reggie Jackson’s fake shot attempt.

LeBron James looks at Reggie Jackson after being faked out as the Lakers take on the Nuggets.

After making his way around the baseline, Jamal Murray found Reggie Jackson in the corner and passed the ball to him. James went down after Jackson pumped faked and struck the floor.

From the perspective of the TV camera, it seems as though James was tricked into believing something that wasn’t true. On the other hand, a closer look that was shown during the live broadcast revealed that James had indeed stomped on Jackson’s sneaker. He ended up losing his equilibrium as a result of this and falling backward. However, in the viewpoint of those who support Denver, LeBron suffered fractured ankles.

This enthralling clash for the Western Conference Finals is producing more and more memorable moments as it goes on. The Lakers were trailing by nine points going into the half, but there were some noteworthy individual efforts up to that point. Anthony Davis scored 17 points, while LeBron James recorded 10 points, two assists, and five rebounds in his stat line for the game.

If Los Angeles hopes to catch up to Denver, they will need to make some improvements on the defensive end of the court. In addition, Denver’s three-point shooting percentage was 38.7%, while Los Angeles’ was only 30%. If the Lakers are successful with additional shots from beyond the arc, it will bring them that much closer to taking the lead.

Nikola Jokic, who has 19 points, is obviously in the lead for Denver. As the second half of the conflict gets about to begin in the Mile High City, it appears like it will be a clash of the most powerful fighters. It’s possible that Reggie Jackson’s play on LeBron may rouse the beast and motivate Los Angeles to make a run.
