Bronny, 18, was admitted to the intensive care unit but is now in stable condition.
A representative released a statement saying, “Yesterday, Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest while practicing.” Bronny was treated by medical personnel, who also transported him to the hospital. He is no longer in the ICU and his status is stable. We kindly request that the James family be treated with dignity and privacy. We will notify the media as soon as we learn more. LeBron and Savannah would want to use this opportunity to publicly express their gratitude to the USC medical and athletic personnel for their amazing efforts and commitment to the safety of their players.
Bronny James was transported to the hospital by ambulance after making a 911 call at 9:26 a.m. on Monday from USC’s Galen Center, according to TMZ Sports, which cited sources.
