The Brazilian national team’s forward, Neymar, was hurt on Tuesday in Montevideo while playing against Uruguay. Because of his injury, Neymar had to be substituted before halftime. Player number ten, who had sustained a knee injury, was taken off the pitch on a stretcher while he begged to be allowed to play Richarlison. Eventually, Richarlison was allowed to take part.

As soon as he stepped onto the field, the Selec striker had knee pain following his collision with Uruguayan player De La Cruz. De La Cruz was a member of the other team. The accident had resulted in a twisting injury to the knee that required emergency care. Neymar was taken off the field on a stretcher by the Brazilian national team’s medical personnel, who then brought him into the stadium’s locker room to receive medical attention for his injuries.

Neymar went down with an injury and required medical attention at the Estadio Centenário in Montevideo, only minutes after Darwin Nez scored Uruguay’s first goal.

The last time Neymar was taken off the field early in the second half of a match for Brazil was when they played Nigeria in October 2019. For some reason, he was taken off the field after 11 minutes.
