In the midst of his new relationship with Irina Shayk, Tom Brady celebrated his 46th birthday in Africa while spending quality time with his two oldest children. He declared that he was ready for his “next chapter.” 

Ten months after his divorce from Gisele Bunchen was finalized, the NFL great posted a series of photos to Instagram on Tuesday morning. The supermodel, 37, and the NFL legend had a secret sushi date in a “private room” of a restaurant in New York City.

The photos showed Gisele’s 10-year-old daughter Vivian and Tom’s 15-year-old son Jack, whom he shares with actress former Bridget Moynahan.

With the opening line, “What an incredible trip to the most amazing continent…Africa [three black heart emojis],” he submitted a lengthy caption praising his “incredible blessings.” It served as one more poignant reminder that memories and connections are what really matter in life.I’ve had a lot of time to think back on my birthday this past week and express my gratitude for all the amazing blessings I’ve received.
