Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner were among the many famous people present at Monday night’s NBA playoff game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors. Kim even declared that she “loves nerds.”
Amidst a sea of superstars, the 42-year-old Kim and her 67-year-old mother Kris were seated courtside for the Lakers’ 104-101 victory to take a 3-1 lead over the reigning NBA champions.
Khloe Kardashian’s sister Kim’s ex-husband Tristan Thompson is on the Lakers team, even if he didn’t play on Monday night.
The match takes place just months after Kim faced backlash on social media for joining Thompson for a “Friendsgiving” celebration, which came shortly after he had a covert pregnancy with a different lady.
A number of celebrities, including Chris Pratt, Floyd Mayweather, Flea, Dyan Cannon, and Jack Nicholson, were sighted courtside at Crypto.com Arena, including Kim and Kris.
Pulling up her tight white t-shirt to reveal her toned stomach, Kim was sporting black lettering that said, “I Love Nerds.”
She added more jewelry, including multiple gold rings and a gorgeous gold and diamond necklace with a cross hanging from her neck.
The reality actress accessorized her ensemble with a pink purse, stylishly torn denim, and nude heels, all while wearing her jet-black hair pulled back in a ponytail.
Sitting by her mother Kris, who looked amazing in all black for the basketball game, was where she was spotted.
Kris wore black jeans, white Nike sneakers, black leather coat, and black t-shirt to watch the game.
Additionally, Kim was spotted conversing with her friend Sarah Staudinger, who was dressed in a brown stiletto boot, brown slacks, gold earrings, and a strapless blouse.
Kim, Kris, and Sarah witnessed an incredible game as the Lakers emerged victorious in the fourth quarter, threatening the Warriors with elimination.
The series will return to Los Angeles on Friday, with Game 7 in San Francisco on Sunday if needed, if the Warriors can win Game 5 in San Francisco on Wednesday.
Regarding Kim, she stayed off social media during the game, and it’s unclear if her “I Love Nerds” t-shirt has a deeper significance.
The entrepreneur recently ended her romance with comedian Pete Davidson, which spanned from November 2022 to August 2022. This was shortly after Kim appeared on Saturday Night Live and kissed Davidson during an Aladdin skit.
Prior to meeting Pete, Kim had been dating rapper Kanye West for ten years. The two had been friends for many years before they began dating in 2012. They got married in 2014, separated in April 2021, and had a divorce decreed in November 2022.
Kim and former NBA player Kris Humphries were lawfully married when she began dating Kanye.
Humphries proposed in May 2011 to Kim, who had been seeing the basketball player since October 2010. The pair married in August 2011.
Kim filed for divorce 72 days after getting married, despite various rumors that the union was a publicity stunt.
Kim even brought legal action against Jonathan Jaxson, a man posing as her former publicist. The case was eventually settled out of court, and Jaxson issued an apology.
Following her relationship with rapper Ray J, which resulted in her now-famous sex tape, Kim also dated NFL star Miles Austin in 2010 before dating Humphries.
Kim got married for the first time in 2000, when she was just 19 years old, to music producer Damon Thomas. She filed for divorce from him in 2003, citing emotional and physical abuse.
