Dwyane Wade’s Miami Beach property with a basketball court sold for $22 million after getting a $100 million contract extension

Wade Union and Gabrielle Union invest in property. They sold their Sherman Oaks property for $5.5 million in May after buying a 17,000-square-foot Hidden Hills mansion for $17.9 million the year before.

The $22 million purchаse is less than the $32.5 million he wаnted for the oceanfront property, but it’s more than double the $10.645,000 he paid in 2010.

The three-time NBA champion built a 12,000-square-foot estate with a wine cellar, movie theater, pool, cabana, and private dock.

A large, covered entryway, a lush courtyard, and vaulted ceilings and wooden floors characterize the two-story Mediterranean villa. Both levels have dormers.

Six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a master suite with patio and salon make up the mansion. The backyard boasts a spiral staircase, playground, and Miami Heat-colored basketball court, where Wade spent most of his career.

Wade, 39, has made 13 NBA All-Star teams in 16 seasons. He won three NBA titles and the 2009 scoring title with Miami Heat. He retired in 2019 and bought Utah Jazz stock.

Douglas Elliman’s Brett Harris mediated all sides.
