Ronaldo requested to depart this summer, thus he has been missing from United’s tour of Thailand and Australia for family reasons.

The 37-year-old is not for sale, as United has stated, and elite teams like Chelsea and Bayern Munich have chosen not to bid for him.Although he hasn’t been able to get in touch with him over the phone this summer, Ronaldo’s close friend Nani thinks his former teammate from Portugal and United should remain at the squad for another season.

The two Portuguese stars once rubbed shoulders at Old Trafford between 2007 and 2009

“I’m hoping he stays,” the 35-year-old winger remarked. “He’s a valuable player who consistently leaves an impact.” I hope he’s feeling upbeat enough to assist the club.

I attempted to reach him, but he doesn’t pick up the phone when he’s on vacation. “I’m so busy right now, let’s talk soon,” he stated.
