Stephen Curry parties with ex teammate Kevin Durant until 5:30am in New York City after breaking NBA record for career three-pointers… two years after dramatic split

Former teammates, they are two of the world’s top basketball players.

Despite a dramatic breakup years ago, Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant demonstrated that they still have no hard feelings towards one another.

Greatest shooter of all-time: Stephen Curry was seen out partying in New York City until 5:30am Wednesday morning hours after breaking Ray Allen's NBA record for career-three pointers with 2,974

Superstar Curry of the Golden State Warriors, 33, was spotted out and about on Wednesday night celebrating in New York City till 5:30 a.m., just after surpassing Ray Allen’s NBA record of 2,974 career three-pointers.

The 33-year-old Durant, who currently plays for the Brooklyn Nets after departing from Curry and the rest of the championship-winning squad in June 2019, was unexpectedly present at the event by many basketball enthusiasts.

Steph, real name Wardell Stephen Curry II, appeared happy as he departed the festivities in the early hours of the morning wearing a baseball cap and a black Under Armour hoodie from his iconic brand.

Still supporting: Many basketball fans would be surprised that Kevin Durant, who now plays for the Brooklyn Nets, was in attendance at the gathering after leaving Curry and the rest of the championship-winning team in June 2019

Durant wore a beanie, sneakers, sweatshirt, jeans, and an all-black outfit topped off with a blue camouflage jacket.

The two players, who are presently the front-runners for the NBA MVP award, won the 2017 and 2018 NBA Championships together during their three seasons as teammates.

Iconic: Steph broke Ray Allen's career mark of 2,973 three-pointers at Tuesday's game against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden (MSG)

After Durant tore his Achilles tendon and signed a free agent contract with the Brooklyn Nets a few weeks later, the Golden State Warriors were defeated by the Toronto Raptors in the NBA Finals in June 2019.

Rocking it: Steph - born Wardell Stephen Curry II - seemed in good spirits as he left the celebration in the wee hours of the night in a black Under Armour hoodie from his signature line and a baseball cap

The 2018–19 season was somewhat turbulent due to Durant’s well-known altercation with teammate Draymond Green in November 2018, which many believed to be the reason the star eventually left. However, in an August podcast, the two players accused president/general manager Bob Myers and coach Steve Kerr of handling the situation improperly.

Still got it: Also seen at the celebration was Steph's dad Dell Curry who carried along the game ball from Madison Square Garden
Moving on: Sonya Curry, 55, filed the divorce paperwork June 14 in North Carolina and the two have since accused each other of extramarital affairs, the former couple are seen in Beverly Hills back in February 2018
Proud papa: Steph handed his father Dell the game ball after the game as they shared a sweet father-son moment after the buzzer sounded
