In Beverly Hills, LeBron James has just completed the acquisition of his third house in Los Angeles, a 13,000 square foot property.

In addition to the home you see here, LeBron James owns a total of two additional properties in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles County.

There was a web listing for the Beverly Hills mansion that stated the price was $39 million, but the superstar’s actual purchase price is unclear.

In 1934, construction began on the home that sits atop the 2.5-acre promontory. A long road and a motor court provide access to the estate, which features views of downtown Los Angeles, the beach, and the Santa Monica Mountains.

Lee Phillip Bell, co-creator of both The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful, resided in Beverly Hills during his writing career.

There are four bedrooms and eight bathrooms spread across its 9,146 square feet of living space. It offers various different social rooms in addition to its two bedroom suites.

The tennis court at James’ new house is lighted and comes with the house.

Twitter photos of the estate were shared by sports business reporter Darren Rovell. The images featured skylights, indoor fountains, and walls of glass sliders that opened to views of the city.

Before signing with the Lakers in 2018, James had already purchased two homes in the Brentwood area.

One year before to joining the Lakers, James purchased a home with a price tag of $23 million.

Included in the purchase price are eight bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, an elevator, a home theater, a wine cellar, and a cigar room.
