Take a look at the $5.99M mansion On the top of Oakland Hills of living legend Kevin Durant, he worked hard and deserved it

This distinctly modern home atop the Oakland Hills was formerly occupied by living icon Kevin Durant, who played for the Golden State Warriors while they were struggling.

The house, which he had been renting, is now being offered for sale off-market for $5,998,888.

4614-4616 Rockingham Court is almost surely a mansion, with seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a huge 9,084 square feet (usually, any property measuring 10,000 square feet or more is dubbed a manse, but who’s counting?). Floor-to-ceiling windows, an in-home theater, a spiral staircase leading to upper and lower levels, a circular driveway, and, of course, a private basketball half court are all features of this vast property.

The glass front doors are identical to those at Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Rosa in Beverly Hills (without the fauna and pink overload), and the backyard is rather extravagant, with both a green grass and a concrete terrace. The front doors are similar to Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Rosa in Beverly Hills.

The property was built in 2005 and has two separate apartments, both designed by Michael Burgess. For your viewing pleasure, a video of Kevin Durant conducting a livestreamed tour of the residence can be seen here.
