According to Sky Sports, Erling Haaland got into a conflict with members of the Arsenal coaching staff after Manchester City lost.
The Gunners claimed a convincing victory over Manchester City thanks to Gabriel Martinelli’s late strike. However, the conflict flared up after the final whistle.
Haaland is considered one of the main participants in this conflict. Sky Sports cameras placed in the stands showed the moment Kyle Walker and Haaland walked off the field and headed towards the tunnel.
At that time, Arsenal’s assistant coach Nicolas Jover, who used to work at Man City, stood right there. He walked over, reached out to shake Walker’s hand. However, the English player waved his hands in the air to refuse. The move made Jover unhappy and said something towards Walker.
Immediately, Man City’s right back turned around, rushed to Jover and confronted this assistant. Haaland witnessed the incident and decided to have enough with Jover, forcing members of both clubs to intervene to calm the situation.
Haaland, Walker and Jover continued to exchange words despite being separated. The Norwegian player also wanted to fight with Jover but was held back by others and taken down the tunnel.
