One interesting rule about this house is that all guests must wear black sandals that match, which are paid for by the brothers.

Outside, the three balconies are covered in snow, but the brothers often grill cevapi, a type of Serbian sausage, on the balconies when the weather is nice. Natalija, the athlete’s girlfriend, cooks most of the time, but one of the brothers is proud to be the “grill guy.”

The place where Nikola Jokic lives.

In terms of Nikola Jokic’s other homes, everyone knows that he has one in Sombor, Serbia, which is where he was born and raised. Five separate plots of land, each with an existing house, were bought between two streets so that a new house could be built. All of the homes were torn down, and work began on a brand-new house that will likely be a vacation home for the three brothers Strahinja, Nikola, and Nemanja.

Because the house connects two streets that run next to each other, you can tell how big it is. It has a strong concrete fence built in the style that is typical of the Vojvodina region. This fence is bigger than most in the area, which could mean that Jokic wants to keep his space private. Along with the villa, which looks like the letter G written in Cyrillic, another building is being built on the property. No one knows what it will be used for yet.
