NBA legend LeBron James has decided to part ways with his sprawling colonial-style estate in Los Angeles, putting it on the market for a staggering $20.5 million. The impressive property spans a vast 9,440 square feet and boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Situated in the affluent Rockingham Rim neighborhood, the gated residence was constructed in 2011. It’s noteworthy that the home is located on the same street as the residence of O.J. Simpson during the infamous Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman case.

Over the years, the house has undergone renovations and now offers a blend of modern amenities and comforts. Let’s take a peek inside the residence where LeBron James lived during his tenure with the Lakers.

The property features a stunning 20-foot-long lap pool with a spa and a waterside pavilion that gives it the ambiance of a luxurious resort.

The mansion includes a spacious master bathroom with a terrace and two walk-in wardrobes, providing ample storage space and comfort.

In October, LeBron James upgraded to a lavish Beverly Hills estate with a Mediterranean-style design, for which he paid a whopping $36.75 million. Notably, this property was once owned by the legendary Katharine Hepburn. James also retains ownership of a $23 million Brentwood home he acquired in 2017.

LeBron James’ decision to sell this Brentwood mansion comes after he inked a new contract with the Los Angeles Lakers in December, securing a two-year deal worth $85 million. Prior to this, he had signed a four-year, $154 million contract with the team in 2018.
