Manchester United had to receive their second consecutive loss in this year’s Champions League . This time, the Red Devils lost to a weaker opponent, Galatasaray , despite playing at home.

MU has suffered 6 defeats in 10 matches in all competitions, so it is not surprising to hear Eriksen reveal that the atmosphere in the Man United dressing room is silent. 

In an interview with TNT Sports, Eriksen said: “It was a big disappointment. In the dressing room everything was very quiet, not a single sound. I thought we had some good periods in the game, but in the end, when we took the lead, we conceded a goal straight after and of course, that made it difficult to control the game.”

Eriksen added: “The opportunities that Galatasaray had came from our mistakes. Luckily, the tournament has just started, we’ve only played two matches and there’s still plenty of room to do things. We know in the next match, MU needs to win.”

Obviously Ten Hag needs to do better. With the Dutch coaching staff in hand, MU can absolutely win. Everything is going off track and if Ten Hag does not bring MU back as quickly as possible, his hot seat at Old Trafford will be difficult to keep.
