The Old Trafford squad came to an agreement to allow Antony to resume playing and practicing for the team.

Antony and Jadon Sancho were both talented players who could operate effectively as right wing offensive midfielders, but they are no longer on the team. The police are looking into allegations that Antony assaulted his ex-girlfriend and are investigating the incident. In the meanwhile, Sancho was subjected to disciplinary action.

Bruno Fernandes or Facundo Pellistri will need to be utilized by Coach Erik Ten Hag in order to fill the hole that has been created.
