The future of Robert Lewandowski at Barcelona was one of the major topics of discussion during the extremely active summer transfer window.
Because of Saudi Arabia’s intense interest in the player market and Barcelona’s tight resources, which could have benefited from a significant financial injection, the experienced Polish striker was frequently mentioned in connection with a possible transfer to Saudi Arabia.
Despite this, both the Catalans and Lewandowski were adamant about carrying on with their connection, and neither side shown any signs that they were unhappy with the arrangement.
Even though the trade did not come to fruition and Lewandowski declared that he is not interested in a move to the Middle East, the big spenders in Saudi Arabia are not looking to give up their interest in the player any time soon. This is because Lewandowski has stated that he is not interested in a move to the Middle East.
Even though he still has a year and a half remaining on his contract with Barcelona, they are going to keep trying to convince the forward to sign with them, according to reports from SPORT.
Lewandowski’s membership is desired by Abha Club.
Czeslaw Michniewicz, a former head coach of Poland’s national team and the current coach of Abha Club, is said to still have a fantastic relationship with Robert Lewandowski. Because of this, Abha Club was considered one of the frontrunners to sign Lewy in the summer.

Midfielder Saad Bguir, who is 29 years old and plays for Abha Club, one of the teams that was intensely after Robert Lewandowski, had this to say about the Polish player:
“We need players of the highest caliber, like Lewandowski. Those are the kinds of signings that, if it’s at all possible, we ought to carry out.
The squad has not been performing particularly well in the Saudi Pro League, and it is possible that they will follow the path taken by other teams in the league and borrow money from the public budget in order to strengthen their roster for the forthcoming transfer windows.
Lewandowski has never wavered in his commitment to remain in Europe and continue his pursuit of championships, but it appears that Saudi Arabia’s pursuit of him will continue for the foreseeable future.
