Official: Barcelona squad list against Sevilla, De Jong continues to be absent, the young duo is registered

After playing to a 2-2 draw with RCD Mallorca, Barcelona will be eager to bounce back to winning ways when they face Sevilla on Friday night. Sevilla is currently in second place in the La Liga standings.

The game will take place in the midst of a diversion caused by the investigation into the Negreira case being conducted by the Civil Guard, and the Blaugrana need to make sure that their whole concentration is on securing all three points against Los Nervionenses at the Montjuic Stadium.

The squad list for the encounter against Sevilla has been revealed by Xavi Hernandez ahead of the game, and there have been no changes made to it from the one that was named for the meeting against Mallorca during the week.

The rest of the Blaugrana roster is currently healthy and prepared to compete, although Pedri and Frenkie de Jong remain the only notable players who are out of action for the team.

The names of youth players Lamine Yamal, Fermin Lopez, and Ander Astralaga appear on the list, however the name of Barca Atletico captain Marc Casado does not appear anywhere on the roster.

After rotating his players for the match against Mallorca during the week, the manager will likely make some adjustments to the starting lineup for the match against Mallorca on the weekend.
