During the fifth and final round of qualifying for the Euro 2024 tournament, England’s defender Kyle Walker scored his first goal, leading England to a 1-1 draw with Ukraine.
*Zinchenko scored in the 26th minute, and Walker in the 41st.
Walker made his first appearance for the team in March of 2011, but it took him until his 77th international match to score his first goal.In the 41st minute, Harry Kane took possession of the ball in the center of the field and then flicked it into the penalty area. This allowed Walker to rush down and face goalie Heorhiy Bushchan before blasting the ball into the near corner to make the score 1-1.
The 33-year-old defender jumped up and cheered and hugged his colleagues, while the other players were not in a hurry to return the ball to the center of the playing field.

Walker not only scored, but also played well on defense when blocking the $75 million player Mykhailo Mudryk. The England defender was given 7.6 points by Sofascore statistics , the highest in the match.
Due to the fact that England was unable to score any more goals during their qualifying match for the Euro 2024 tournament, they were forced to accept a loss. They spent the majority of the time playing on the field, but they were the ones who let up the first goal, which was a close-range cushion scored by midfielder Oleksandr Zinchenko.Following his goal, Zinchenko made a gesture toward the camera by forming his hands into a heart and waving them.
Because of political considerations, matches involving Ukraine will take place in Wroclaw, Poland, in a stadium that can accommodate around 45,000 spectators.More over 670,000 people live in the city of Wroclaw, of which up to 250,000 are Ukrainians; hence, the crowd nearly filled the stadium, and the majority of them applauded for the team that was deemed to be the host.It would appear that this provides Ukraine with more incentive to earn a vital point.
